    Mission 1: Return to Hidden Base!
    • Start To Checkpoint 1: Begin on a raised platform, drop down to a rotating platform. Defeat enemies, proceed across moving platforms or by hovering. Destroy a pillar with dynamite by targeting the dynamite and the two Beetles behind it when they appear. Continue past more enemies and canisters. Collect rings in a turning section. Shoot across a large gap to make a pillar fall, avoiding Beetles. Defeat more enemies, ascend step-like platforms, knock over another pillar, defeat two enemies, and reach Checkpoint 1.

    Checkpoint 1 To Checkpoint 2: Cross a rotating platform, then navigate moving platforms, hovering to skip some if desired. Beware of flying enemies. Knock over another pillar and cross it. Destroy a Golden Beetle that appears at a corner. Continue past two more enemies before reaching Checkpoint 2.

    Checkpoint 2 To Checkpoint 3: Glide across moving platforms, then destroy a pillar. Drop down, go left, destroy nearby enemies, and ascend step-like platforms. Jump across platforms, staying near the wall to avoid spiked balls. Navigate more moving and rotating platforms to reach Checkpoint 3.

    Checkpoint 3 To Goal: Destroy three incoming Beetles. Use boosters to cross a gap. Destroy a pillar, then ascend two more pillars. Take the weight up, then proceed down a straight path to the goal, defeating any final enemies.

    Mission 2: Collect 100 rings!
    • From the start, instead of going straight, hover left from the rotating platform to find an upgrade. Play the Mystic Melody at the ancient shrine to reveal a warp. Enter the warp to reach an area near Checkpoint 3. Destroy nearby enemies and collect rings. Continue collecting rings, and you should reach 100 shortly after Checkpoint 3.

    Mission 3: Find the lost Chao!
    • At Checkpoint 2, stay on the rotating platform instead of jumping off. Look for a platform with a spring. Jump onto it. Wait for a fast-moving platform, then jump and hover to it. From there, hover to a fenced area on the left. Destroy boxes near the fence, then hover to the next platform and destroy its boxes. Continue hovering until you find the Chao on top of a platform.

    Mission 4: Reach the goal within 4 minutes 0 seconds!
    • Lock onto and destroy multiple enemies before firing. When destroying pillars, target all dynamite and surrounding enemies simultaneously for more points. Avoid the early shortcut near the upgrade. Prioritize gliding across gaps to platforms over waiting for moving platforms to save time. Ensure you can make the jumps before attempting them.

    Mission 5: Clear Hard mode!
    • Start To Checkpoint 1: Enemies (three Beetles) fire immediately. Take them out quickly. After the rotating platform, three enemies now appear instead of one, and the first moving platform is removed, requiring a hover across the gap. Enemies fire faster than normal.

    Checkpoint 1 to Checkpoint 2: Many moving platforms are removed after the rotating platform, forcing you to hover over gaps. After this section, the path is generally similar to Normal mode.
