Moving Subway Train

You'll start in the first car. Keep an eye out on the ground in the middle – there's a SAVE POINT right there. Go ahead and use it.

Move into the next car. You'll encounter some medium-sized enemies called Numb Bodies. Honestly, you can probably just run past them if you're quick, or if you want to be safe, just bash them with your Steel Pipe.

The third car is dark and thankfully, empty. No enemies here, so just pass on through.

The fourth car has a larger Numb Body. This one's a bit tougher, so it's probably best to take it down. By now, your Handgun should be more than enough to handle it by the time it gets close.

Now, a quick but important note: if you try to go back to a car you've already passed, you'll find yourself outside on the roof of the last car. All the cars behind you will have dropped off. It's a pretty creepy sight, but be super careful! If you move too far forward, Heather will fall off and die in a cutscene. So, don't wander too close to the edge.

In the fifth car, keep your eyes peeled about halfway down on the left side. You'll find a FIRST-AID KIT and some SHOTGUN SHELLS. Grab 'em!

In car number 6, right after you enter through the door, look on the right bench. There are two packs of HANDGUN BULLETS there. They're easy to miss, so make sure you don't overlook them.

Car 7 has a big, fat Insane Cancer blocking the path. Don't panic! The trick here is to just run straight at its right side. You can slip past it before it has a chance to fully stand up and block you.

Car 8 is empty, so just cruise through it.

The train will stop in the ninth car with a cutscene. Once it's over, you'll see an open door. Head through that to leave the train and reach the mysterious platform.
