Silent Hill 3

Douglas Cartland is a private detective in his late 50s, characterized by his grey hair and beard. He first approaches Heather in the mall, stating that someone wishes to speak with her regarding her birth. Heather initially dismisses him. It is later revealed that Douglas was hired by Claudia Wolf to find Heather. Upon realizing he was deceived and manipulated, Douglas shifts his allegiance and decides to assist Heather on her quest, showing no resentment for her initial distrust and hostile reaction.

Claudia Wolf is a 30-year-old woman characterized by her bright blonde hair, pale complexion, lack of eyebrows, and preference for walking barefoot. Heather first encounters Claudia in a back mall hallway. When Heather questions the presence of monsters, Claudia attributes it to the hand of God. Unbeknownst to Heather at this time, Claudia is the high priestess of the Order. She reveals to Heather that she is seeking her out because Heather is the one who will lead "us" to paradise with blood-stained hands, before disappearing.

Vincent, who is 24-26 years old, is a young priest with brown hair and glasses. He is known as Father Vincent by his followers and serves in the Order alongside Claudia. Despite his affiliation, Vincent makes it clear that his true intentions are to help Heather, not Claudia. From their initial encounter in the Hilltop Center, Heather is hesitant to trust him due to his manipulative demeanor and suspicious smirk, which he uses to provoke her. However, Heather may find herself with no choice but to rely on Vincent as her sole inside source to combat Claudia, positioning him as a crucial, albeit uncertain, ally.
