Walkthrough

Enter the Last Drop Cafe through the door on the east side of the building, as the life insurance wing is locked.

Inside, you will find an Insane Cancer (an enemy) lying in the corner. Stay away from it and hug the counter to reach a small open fridge.

Take the PORK LIVER from the fridge.

You may notice SHOTGUN SHELLS on a table near the Insane Cancer. The enemy will begin to get up if you approach them, but you can grab the shells and escape the room without engaging it.

Re-enter the elevator.

Head up to the 5th floor (5F), as the 3rd floor (3F) button is not functioning, and the 4th floor (4F) is currently inaccessible due to locked doors and floor holes.

Tips

You can grab the SHOTGUN SHELLS even if the Insane Cancer starts to get up, and still escape the room.
The 3F and 4F buttons on the elevator are currently unusable.
