Pass through the door on the right, as the hallway ahead only loops back with no items to find.

Up ahead, three Numb Bodies will emerge from a short hallway. You can wait for them to come out while standing back, then run into the hallway where they emerged and through the blue door.

Tips

Extra New Game Note: In an Extra New Game, the opening stairway and some additional hallways of the Underpass will appear all bloody and transformed.
Staying in these transformed hallways on Hard Action Level will drain your health. Proceed through them as quickly as possible.
Do not bother healing until later, as the health drain effect cannot kill you and will only continue to drain additional health.
You can simply wait for the three Numb Bodies to emerge from the short hallway, then run past them into the hallway and through the blue door.
