These merchants are pretty unique because they pop up in various places where you'll find the departed, often near recent battlefields or abandoned dungeons. If you seek them out, they'll always have something to offer. Think of them as helpful vendors for fallen soldiers. ### Location One of the first places you might encounter the Battlefield Memorial Mob is near the Ashina Castle Gate Fortress. Look for them in the alley to the right of the entrance to the building where you'll find the Tengu of Ashina. Just a heads-up, you'll need to defeat Gyoubu Oniwa and later the Demon of Hatred to even get to this area. ### Progression As you progress through the game, new items will become available from merchants, including the Memorial Mob. * Fountainhead Palace: After you defeat the Corrupted Monk, the Dragon's Tally Board she drops will unlock new wares for all merchants. * Ashina Outskirts: If you complete Anayama's questline, you'll get the Promissory Note.
