New Game Plus (NG+)

To achieve 100% of the Achievements in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, you will need to complete a minimum of 2.5 playthroughs. Four separate Endings must be acquired. While this traditionally requires four playthroughs, you can back up your save file to earn the Immortal Severance, Purification, and Return Endings using a single save. The Shura Ending requires its own playthrough in NG+ due to different parameters. Additionally, at least one run of NG++ is necessary to gather enough Lapis Lazuli to max out all 10 Prosthetic Tools, as it's not possible in a single playthrough.

While exploiting save files for achievements might not be ideal, Sekiro doesn't offer many other achievement-related tasks on subsequent playthroughs. The Shura ending necessitates a separate playthrough, and repeating the entire game twice more solely for alternate endings can be tedious. However, this is an amazing game, and completing it multiple times is recommended if you have the time.
