Waterfall Detour

On Route 15, use Cut to clear bushes east of the Fishing Shack. Surf northeast onto the water, follow the river to the waterfall, and power up it. At the end of the river, a yellow Pokéball contains TM97 (Dark Pulse).

In Couriway Town, head south to the river. Surf on it and ascend the eastern waterfall. At the top, you will find TM80 (Rock Slide).

Fly to Santalune City and head northeast to Route 22. Go north of the entrance and use Cut on a tree to find an Elixir. Head east to the Victory Road gatehouse, then go south. Use Surf on the water and follow it down the waterfall. Go east onto land and battle the Trainer. Enter the cavern to find a Spooky Plate.

Back outside, head southwest across stepping stones. South of these, use the Dowsing Machine to find a Full Restore in a rock. Continue south, beat the Trainer, then head southeast to a narrow path. Further east, find a Tanga Berry tree.

Solve the Strength boulder puzzle: Push the northern boulder south as far as possible, then west twice, north once, west twice, north once, and west once into the hole. From the southwest corner of the boulder, face west and press A to find a hidden Max Elixir.

Push the southern boulder west as far as possible. Go around to its south side and north once. Head to its west-facing side and push it east as far as possible, then north into the hole.

Push the final boulder east five times. Go around to its south side and push it into the hole to find TM26 (Earthquake).

Use Surf on the water to the northwest, then head east and up the waterfall. Follow the path at the top to find a Draco Plate.

In Pokemon Village, head to the far west side. Surf north past the flower patch to the waterfall. Ascend it to find TM29 (Psychic) at the top.

In Frost Cavern, coming from Dendemille Town, go northwest past the Hiker and Surf onto the water. Use Waterfall to descend. In the lower area, go northeast and land to find a Heart Scale.

Go back south and head east along the river. At the end, head south onto land and grab TM71 (Stone Edge) from the Pokéball.
