    Enter the Kalos Power Plant and head east to find a Team Flare Grunt. Battle the Grunt (Scraggy Lvl 32, Croagunk Lvl 32).

    Head to the east side of the room and pick up the Zap Plate.

    Return to the west and head north past the first Grunt. Follow the path to the next Team Flare Grunt. Battle the Grunt (Croagunk Lvl 31, Golbat Lvl 33).

    Continue west and battle the next Team Flare Grunt (Mightyena Lvl 34).

    Head west again and battle another Team Flare Grunt (Scraggy Lvl 32, Golbat Lvl 32).

    Proceed to the next Team Flare Grunt and battle (Golbat Lvl 32, Mightyena Lvl 32).

    Battle the subsequent Team Flare Grunt (Swalot Lvl 34).

    Follow the thin path leading up and west to encounter a Team Flare Admin. Battle the Admin (Houndoom Lvl 36).

    After defeating the Admin, battle Team Flare Admin Aliana (Mightyena Lvl 38).

    After defeating Aliana, the Team Flare Grunts will leave. Two masked individuals will heal your Pokémon and give you two Full Restores. They will also inform you that you can now access Lumiose City from the north entrance.

    Backtrack out of the power plant. In the room with the civilians, talk to the worker by the entrance to receive TM43 - Flame Charge.

    Talk to the female scientist nearby to receive a Magnet.

    Talk to the man selling Fresh Water; he will now sell them for $100 each.

    Head east across the steel bridge and continue east until you see a man with a blue hat by some stairs. Head down the stairs.

    Head to the east side of this area and south along the edge. Follow the path east until you reach breakable rocks. Use Rock Smash on the first rock to find Stardust with the Dowsing Machine.

    Break the second rock with Rock Smash to find a Rare Candy.

    Head back to the main area and enter the gate leading south to reach the north part of Lumiose City.

  • The worker selling Fresh Water initially sells it for $300, but after clearing the power plant, he sells it for $100.
  • Rare Candies are best saved for later levels or when close to evolving a Pokémon.
  • Use Rock Smash to break rocks and reveal hidden items.
