Alright, so you've made it to the Battle Chateau, huh? This place is pretty cool for post-game stuff, and it's one of the main ways to actually spend your hard-earned cash. The key to getting the most out of it are these things called 'Writs'.

Basically, you chat with the lady right by the entrance to buy and send out a Writ. Just a heads-up, they only last until midnight, so don't try to send one at 11:59 PM and expect it to do much! If you're not seeing the higher-tier trainers or effects, you probably need to rank up a bit more.

Chateau Writs

Here's the lowdown on the different Writs you can buy and what they do. Keep in mind, you'll need to be a higher rank to even use some of these!

Writ of Invitation	50,000	Makes more Trainers come to the Chateau.
Silver Writ of Invitation	50,000	Makes a lot more Trainers come to the Chateau.
Gold Writ of Invitation	50,000	Makes a vast number of Trainers come to the Chateau.
Writ of Challenge	50,000	All Pokémon fought are boosted in Level by 5.
Blue Writ of Challenge	50,000	All Pokémon fought are lowered in Level by 5.
Red Writ of Challenge	50,000	All Pokémon fought are boosted in Level by 10.
Black Writ of Challenge	50,000	All Pokémon fought are boosted in Level by 20.

Ranks of Nobility

The Battle Chateau isn't just about using Writs; you also need to climb the ranks of nobility. The higher you are, the tougher the trainers you'll face, which is great for leveling up!

Battling trainers here will gradually increase your standing. Just remember, these ranks are separate for guys and gals, which is something to keep in mind if you're aiming for those Medals.
