After completing the game, sit back and watch the long and well-deserved ending sequence. Do not shut down the game quickly; watch the entire ending credits. Once the credits are over, you will be able to save your game.

If you load this saved game, you will start from the beginning docks. You will have either the camouflage device (camo device) Otacon gave you or the limitless bandana (bandana) Meryl gave you in the final sequences, along with the Camera if you took it during that playthrough.
