From the Staff Only door, proceed up curved stairs to a landing with double doors to the right.

Enter the small room outside the Guard Quarters to find the CCTV Tape. Note two guards: the Desk Guard inside the room and the Patrolling Guard who moves between the room and the balcony.

The door to the Guard Quarters is to the right, and the Balcony door is to the left. A Light Switch is near the Guard Quarters door.
