Start at the north end of the Outside area. Follow the path along the wall east until out of sight of the stationary Guard, then run to the corner of the facility.

Continue forward towards the fence at the cliff edge. Head right toward the Hacienda. Find a break in the fence leading to a narrow path down to the Hangar.

At the bottom, sneak up on the Worker, Grab him, pull him back, and Whip him. Take his clothes and leave your Suit in a safe place.

Go to the stone wall and look inside the Hangar, staying out of sight of the VIP Guard.

When another Worker appears near barrels and heads back into the Elevator, sneak up behind the VIP Guard, Grab him, move him to the large box northeast of you, and Whip him.

Change into the VIP Guard Disguise, grab his SAF SMG, and prep your Pistol.

Head to the barrels where the other Worker was. Get close enough to the Hammer to get the prompt to pick it up.

When the Worker comes back down the Elevator, wait for him to stand in front of you and Whip him (take the Hammer if desired).

Enter the Elevator, go through the Drug Lab, and the secret door into the Wine Cellar.

In the south circular room of the Wine Cellar, wait for Manuel to leave the Drug Lab and head west to snort product.

Walk to the central pillar and wait for the Guard from the north circular room to pass you. The other Guard should be at the wine tub.

Walk to the west entrance of the south circular room and wait for the Guard to return and stand there.

Wait for Manuel to leave and get out of view, then Grab the Guard, causing him to drop his Shotgun. Move him behind the large wine tub and Whip him. Do NOT pick up his Shotgun.

Head to the room Manuel was in. You will see a large wooden table with a short white line on it.

Tips

A Pistol (Silverballer or SLP .40) is required at the start.
You can blow up a Winch to cause a pallet of barrels to fall on Manuel, but this may cause noise and unnecessary casualties.
Climbing a pipe to the 2nd Floor is possible but risky due to the number of people, especially on Professional difficulty.
Luring a VIP Guard to the Weapons Box in the Guard Room can help you get to Don Fernando Delgado more easily.
The Worker at the Hangar can be pushed into the water for an Accident kill, but Whips him for a cleaner approach.
The VIP Guard in the Hangar can sometimes patrol over to the large box, making him easier to deal with.
The Hammer can be picked up from near the barrels if desired.
The Civilians in the Wine Cellar (a couple making out) are not a problem. Large groups of Civilians touring the Wine Cellar may appear later.
