1. West End (Gotham City Gazette): Head to the Gotham City Gazette building in the West End. You'll need to disable a camera panel first, then access the server panel nearby. Just be patient and wait for the side camera to pan away before you shut down the main one.
2. West End (GCPD Major Crimes Unit): North of the first location, you'll find the GCPD Major Crimes Unit. There's a guard patrolling, but you can ignore him. The main challenge here is a laser grid and two cameras. One camera guards the panel that disables the other camera, and a lower camera watches the laser grid control. Take out the upper camera first by going to the side opposite the lower camera, then disable the lower camera from the roof of a small building. This opens up the laser grid panel.
3. Southside (Waynetech): In the Southside subdistrict, find the Waynetech building. The entrance is blocked by a laser grid and two guards. Look for a vent on the side of the building to get inside. Once in, stick to the wall opposite the main entrance to sneak under a camera. Quickly dash across a pressure plate to get past the first laser grid. Hug the wall again to get under another camera, then access the panel to disable the final laser grid and plant your evidence.
4. Old Gotham (GCPD Central): Head to GCPD Central in the Old Gotham subdistrict. This one's a bit trickier with multiple cameras, two guards, and a fenced-off area with pressure plates protecting the server panel. There's a panel that temporarily disables the pressure plates, but you'll need to be quick. First, disable the camera overlooking the pressure plate panel. Then, disable the camera watching the server panel. Hit the pressure plate switch and quickly climb into the fenced area to plant the fake evidence.
5. Financial District (Iceberg Lounge): The final one is at the Iceberg Lounge in the Financial District. Similar to the Waynetech building, you'll need to find an alternate entrance. Look for a vent near the marker to get inside. After a second vent, you'll find a laser grid that periodically shuts off. Wait for it to deactivate, then quickly pass through. On the other side is a panel that controls pressure plates in the hallway. Hug the wall to get under a camera, then wait for it to pass before proceeding to the panel and planting the evidence.
