How to Unlock Suit Styles and Transmogs

Hey there, Bat-family! Want to make sure your hero looks as cool as they fight? Unlocking new Suit Styles and Transmogs in Gotham Knights is all about exploring, crafting, and completing specific challenges. Think of Suit Styles as the overall look of a piece of armor, and Transmogs as the ability to apply that look to any armor you want, independent of its stats. Let's break down how to get them all!

Suit Styles are tied to the gear you craft. When you're out patrolling Gotham, you'll find blueprints and materials. Take these back to the Belfry and use the Workbench. The Suit Style and Colorway options you see on a suit's stats screen are what determine its appearance. To get more Suit Styles, you need to craft armor pieces that feature those styles. Keep an eye on that bottom right corner of the suit's stats window – it'll show you the Style and Colorway!

Now, here's the catch: just crafting a suit with a certain style doesn't automatically unlock that style as a Transmog you can apply to any gear. Some styles will indeed unlock this way, but many require a bit more effort. That's where Transmogs come in, and they have their own set of requirements.

How to Unlock Transmogs in Gotham Knights

Transmogs are the real prize here, letting you keep your favorite look no matter what gear you're wearing for stats. Each Transmog has a unique way to be unlocked, and we've got the rundown for you:

So, as you can see, there's a good mix of activities! Some are super straightforward, like grabbing the 'New Guard' style right from the start. Others, like 'Year One' or 'Knight Ops,' will have you hunting down collectibles all over Gotham – those 60 Batarangs and Secret Caches aren't going to find themselves! For the 'Titan' style, you'll need to really dive deep into each hero's unique Knighthood challenges. And if you're aiming for the 'Knighthood' Transmog, you'll need to see the main story through to the end. Keep an eye out for the 'Demon' and 'Shinobi' styles, which become available later in the main story, around Case 7.1, and also require crafting a suit with that specific style.
