Boss Fight - Lani: Lani is a tough boss who primarily targets Dagger with powerful spells. Consider equipping Dagger with Chemist and Auto Potion for constant healing. Alternatively, Dagger can cast Reflect on herself to damage Lani with her own spells. Lani is weak to Blind and Slow; applying Slow is highly recommended to reduce her actions. Steal opportunities include Ether, Gladius, and Coral Sword. Vivi can reapply Slow, Quina can act as a backup healer, and Dagger can maintain Reflect.

Gargant Taxi Service: After Lani retreats, return to the dungeon's entrance. An alcove near where the Armodullahan appeared contains a chest with an Elixir. Head down the passage where you fought Lani.

Navigating Fossil Roo: In the next screen, pick up flowers on the far left and use them to prompt a wild gargant to carry you to a new area. Continue north and speak to the Treasure Hunter to understand how the gargant paths work; switches alter the tracks.

Moogles and Stiltzkin: Ignore the paths for now and go south to find Mogki the moogle and Stiltzkin. Mogki has a letter from Kuppo. Stiltzkin sells an item set for 555 Gil containing a Phoenix Pinion, Remedy, and Ether. Purchasing all of Stiltzkin's item sets is required for the 'Driving the Hard Bargain' trophy/achievement.

Exploring Paths: Take the southern exit, pick up a flower, and ride the gargant to a new screen. Proceed to the next screen to find a chest with Fairy Earrings at the cliff's edge. Return to the moogles and take the northern exit, riding the gargant to a new area. Go right and flip the switch to change the gargant's course, then return and ride the gargant in the previous room. This leads to an area with two paths.

Further Exploration: Take the stairs first to find a chest with an Ether. Return and take the other path, which leads to another switch. Flip this switch, ride a gargant back, flip the switch in the previous area again, and then take a gargant back to the moogles' area. Go south of the moogles and take that gargant to an area called the Nest. A Treasure Hunter here has items for sale.

The Nest and Switches: Climb the stairs next to the hunter and flip switch No. 4. Enter the opening next to it to ride a gargant. In the new area, exit right and open a chest for a Lamia's Tiara. Return to the switch area, flip switch No. 4 again, and ride the same gargant to another section.

Ivy Wall and Water Puzzle: Follow the southern path to a screen with a scalable ivy wall. Three stone heads spit water to push you into a pool below. Get pushed into the pool, climb the wall, and take the top of the two exits on the right.
