Alright, so you've stumbled upon the Mognet Central side quest in Final Fantasy IX. It's a bit of a scavenger hunt involving delivering letters between moogles because their usual mail system, Mognet Central, is down. You can't really start this until Disc 4, so don't worry about any letters you might have picked up earlier – they don't count towards this quest.

Here's how to get it done:

• Start the Chain: On Disc 4, head to Alexandria and find the chapel. Look for a moogle named Kupo. Chat with him, choose the 'Mognet' option, and he'll ask you to deliver a letter to Atla. This kicks off the whole thing!

The Mail Route:

1. Kupo is in Alexandria, specifically in the chapel.
2. Give his letter to Atla, who's way in the back of Burmecia.
3. Next, take a letter to Mogryo. You'll find him outside the Chocobo stable in the Black Mage Village.
4. Then, it's off to see Kumool. He's in the second room of Ipsen's Castle.
5. You'll need to deliver a letter to Mois. He's at the entrance to Fossil Roo, on the Qu's Marsh side. Make sure Quina is in your party to get to him!
6. Find Noggy in Daguerreo. He's on the second floor, over on the right side.
7. Finally, you'll bring the last letter back to Kupo in Alexandria.

After you wrap up the mail delivery, you'll get a hint that someone in Alexandria has the Superslick item. Head over to Ruby, the performer in her theater, and she'll give it to you. Now, to actually find Mognet Central, you'll need Choco with the Ocean Ability and a Dead Pepper. Travel to the Outer Continent, go northeast from Madain Sari to find an island. Look for a long mountain range on this island and find the U-shaped part. There's a crack in the mountain there. Use a Dead Pepper while riding Choco to blast open the mountain, and voilà – you've found Mognet Central!
