There is nothing to see here, but you can hunt metal slimes for decent XP rewards.

Insula Borealis

Insula Algarum

The Dulcet Dulse that you need to progress the Soothing Seaweed sidequest can be obtained from the Nautican fishing from the bridge. As elsewhere, the Dragon Rider enemies can be ridden after defeating them and you can use them to fly to a bunch of previously inaccessible parts of the island. Besides the new Sparkly Spots, there is a platform to the northeast with a chest containing an AGATE OF EVOLUTION (this will be an important item later). In the north is a platform with two chests containing a MINI MEDAL and some Molten Globules. Finally, hidden among rocks to the southwest of the island is a chest containing another MINI MEDAL.

Insula Occidentalis

You will come here as part of the Justice is Brined sidequest. Otherwise, there is nothing to see.

Insula Centralis
