Chapter 19 - Cobblestone Rebuilt

Leave the palace in Heliodor. The shops here offer new items, including Perfect Panaceas. While you can Zoom, it's recommended to travel through the Heliodor Region on foot to update your bestiary.

Enter The Emerald Coast. After a scene with the Seer, you will fly on Cetacea to Havens Above.

In Havens Above, you'll learn the name of the Bigger Bad, Calasmos. Explore the islands: the southwest has an inn and bank (grab Technicolour Dreamcloth from vases), the southeast has a bookshelf, the northeast has a shop with high-level gear and a phial of Sainted Soma, and the north has a church and a bookshelf.

At the Place of Legends, meet the Elder Watcher to receive the ULTIMATE KEY.

Return to the main island, enter the Temple of Dawn, and speak with the mayor and Elder to receive the Guiding Light key item.

On the island with the shop, speak to a Watcher to initiate the Holiest of Harps quest (find a Harmonicrystal). Speak to a Watcher in blue at the inn to initiate Wisdom of the Warrior King (find Drustan's books).

Three Watchers on the main island will direct you to the locations of three seedlings: Zwaardsrust Whale Way Station, Laguna di Gondolia Whale Way Station, and Angri-La.

Return to Cobblestone, which is now a ruin. Speak to Gemma outside your old house and agree to help rebuild the village by finding the necessary people, starting with Derk.

Finding Derk: Zoom to Heliodor and speak to Derk's wife in Royal Square, who will direct you to Cobblestone Tor.

While in Heliodor, you can:

Talk to an old man near the fountain to initiate Might Is Right (defeat Harmachis).

Examine the left bookshelf in Jasper's chambers (ground floor, west) for one of Drustan's teachings.

Talk to Carnelian in the throne room; he will give Jade the Golden Tiara.

Access the dungeons. In the southeast cell (opened with the Ultimate Key), find the 'King of the Swindlers' recipe book and a SKULL HELM.

Explore the Heliodor Sewers for bestiary entries. Malicious Hoker-Pokers may drop a Tsunami Staff, useful for item completion.

In Downtown Heliodor, talk to a boy in the northwest corner to initiate Now You See Me, and agree to find Divine Dew for Mistress Bev to initiate Mistress Bev's Perfect Prediction. The armourer's shop has new items.

Zoom back to Cobblestone and head south to Cobblestone Tor.

Navigate through the cavern. You will face a Malicious Hades Condor. It attacks twice per turn, using Kasizzle for fire damage and physical attacks. Use Magic Barrier and Hymn of Fire to counter the fire damage. After buffing and debuffing, focus on single-enemy attacks. It uses Moreheal when low on HP.

After the battle, Derk will give you a Spectralite and agree to help rebuild Cobblestone.

Head to the summit of Cobblestone Tor and agree to help Hugo to initiate Mister Vista.
