Talk to the girl in the house next to the shops to learn about her missing father.

Break barrels near the town entrance: the second from the bottom yields 5 Gold Coins, and the third from the top yields a Medicinal Herb.

Enter the building behind the church and break the second pot to find a Seed of Agility.

Decline Buck's offer of 300 Gold for Village Goods.

Decline the Leather Shield for 115 Gold.

Initiate bargaining for the Thief's Key: refuse the initial 2000 Gold offer, then 1000, then 500, then 300. The final offer is 200 Gold Coins, which you should accept.

The stall-holder selling the Thief's Key will also mention a locked door at the Inn.

Accept the offer of 50 Gold for 6 Medicinal Herbs and 1 Holy Water (normally 68 Gold).

Decline the girl's offer of 350 Gold for Village Goods.

In the tents to the right, refuse the Leather Armour for 200 Gold and the Pot Lid shield for 100 Gold.

Talk to Bill (wearing a horned helmet) in the right tent. Refuse his offer of 330 Gold for Village Goods.

Return to Buck in the left tent. He will raise his offer to 360 Gold for Village Goods. Refuse.

Return to Bill. He will raise his offer to 390 Gold. Refuse.

Return to Buck. He will raise his offer to 420 Gold. Refuse.

Return to Bill. He will raise his offer to 450 Gold. Refuse.

Return to Buck. He will give the final offer of 480 Gold for Village Goods. Accept this offer.

Purchase Scale Armour and a Scale Shield from the armour shop in the top right of the tent if desired.

With the Thief's Key, enter the Inn and open the blue door on the ground floor.

Check the wardrobe to find the Big Book of Beasts.

Enter the hole in the floor of the Inn, next to a red sign and edged with a short wall, before the bedroom on the right.

Go down the steps to find the Rainbow's End Gold Bank.
