Alright, after that last bit, we need to hop back on the ship and sail over to Pinos Isle. Once you dock, look for Opia. She'll be hanging out at the assassin icon in the shallows, right at the southwest corner of the map. Chat with her to kick off this next mission.

Walkthrough

The mission starts with you needing to tail a guard. Follow him down the beach for a bit, then hang a left up a dirt path. This path winds up a hill, passing one set of ruins before you get to a second ruin area.

Don't worry too much about staying hidden; there are plenty of stalking zone shrubs all along the path he takes. Just stick to them, and he'll have no idea you're there. He'll stop a few times, but as long as you're in the bushes, you're golden.

When the guard heads into the second set of ruins, your objectives will update. Now you're allowed to take him out, along with a group of four guards chilling on the lower part of the temple below. Keep an eye out for powder kegs and barrels scattered around where the guards are – lighting those up first is a great way to thin their numbers before you even have to swing a sword.

After you've dealt with the first group of marked guards, quickly duck into a nearby shrub if you can. It'll make things easier, but don't sweat it if you can't find one. A second group of enemies is going to come rushing down the stairs from the northeast. If there are any barrels left along their path, shoot them to take out a few more of the bad guys before they even reach you. Finish off any survivors.

Once you've cleared out that second group, your actual target will show up nearby, marked with a red objective marker. Your job now is to chase her down. She's pretty agile, so you'll need to keep the pressure on. Just keep attacking, or if you prefer, you can just shoot her.

Take her down, and you'll complete the mission and Opia’s Templar hunt side-mission.
