New Unit
Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising introduced the Neotank, developed by Black Hole. It was the strongest Tank in the game, surpassing the Medium Tank.
New Features
Several new terrain features were added:
- Silos: Small rockets fired by Infantry or Mech units that dealt 3 damage to all units in a two-square radius. They could only be used once per battle.
