All Lost Remains Locations

Worship’s Rise - Lightzen Temple: Go into the area behind the shrine and turn right to find a house with a chest containing the item. Note, there is an enemy to the left of the door so be careful on your way in if you’re low HP or level.

Worship’s Rise - Mercury Workshop: At the bottom of the Workshop, in the central pillar area after you cross the makeshift bridge. Easy access if you have the elevators unlocked.

Worship’s Rise - Palace Hill shrine: Inside a golden chest in the small building you fight the Palace Maid boss in during the Palace Lotus Pond area.

Cloudspire Outskirts - Snowy Passage: Enter the outskirts from the snowy passage shrine and head left. Go around the corner and take the first path to the right. At the end is a tent with a Fat Man inside. At the back of the tent is a large gold chest with the item.

Cloudspire - Shaft: Follow the rolling boulder trap down the hole to find a chest.

Mt. Zhenwu - Battlefield Pass: Go to the shrine, and turn left through the wall. Follow the path into the second Hovel entrance dead ahead and slightly to the right by the first hovel. Run to the far end of the Despair pools inside the hovel. It should look like it leads outside. To the left as you exit is a chest with the Lost Remains at the end of the path. Be mindful of the dead skeleton spearmen that spawn as they might get you.

Mt. Zhenwu - Avian Dwelling: From the Avian Dwelling shrine, cross the shortcut to the other side. If not opened, then proceed the main pathway through Avian Marsh to reach this point. When the shortcut is unlocked, cross it from the shrine, turn right, and then walk along to where the enemies are fighting each other. Take the ladder down, and kill the tall bird man. You get one Brilliant Red Feather and a Red Mercury Essence for your troubles. There is also a Lost Remains Chest there too.

Mt Zhenwu Temple - Antechamber: When you reach the top of the elevator in the puzzle tower area of Mt Zhenwu Temple, you can cross over to reach the original tower you entered towards the start of the area. You should be able to take a ladder down, into a white plank cage area. Inside is a golden chest containing a Lost Remains.

Ruins of Worship Rise - Burning Cavern: In a chest to the right of the top of the steps leading to the boss arena, at the back of the cavern. Do not kill the boss as you cannot access this cave anymore, potentially missing this chest.

Bo Capital - Capital Entrance / Depths: Proceed through the area by solving the access way to the cave at the end of all the platforming section and mechanism activations. You should follow a bridge towards a cave entrance guarded by a few winged creatures at the final mechanism activation. It takes you to the Storyteller NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you). Below his platform is a chest containing the Lost Remains. Simply follow the spiral path below to get it.
