The Solar Leap is a powerful Discipline Skill in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, found on the Spear skill tree. It allows for a forward leap and stab attack, converting previous spear attacks into Skyborn Might via the Boldheart passive. The combo is + - + - - ( - - - ), resulting in a leaping stab, backhand swipe, spinning stab, and jumping slash. This combo deals significant damage, generates Skyborn Might, and often knocks down or interrupts enemies, making it the core of this build.

Spear Tree Details

The Spear tree requires all passive skills for optimal performance. For disciple skills, focus on Solar Leap and its variants. Allocate remaining skill points to bolster health and defense (Vitality), stamina (Endurance), and your chosen attack attribute (Strength or Agility). Rock Plume is optional but provides Resilience against interruptions when at high Madness levels.

Boldheart passive: Every attack with Boldheart adds a stack to the enemy. Emboldening Spear skills convert 2 Boldheart stacks into 1 Skyborn Might.

Illusive Tree Details

The Illusive tree's priority is Manna nodes for increased healing resources. Also, acquire Temper nodes for extra consumable charges and Alteration nodes to unlock more acupoints for Tempering. The Bone Needle - Leech skill node is essential for this build. Focus attribute points on Vitality and your weapon's primary scaling attribute.

Weapons

There are six spears available, each with a unique Weapon Skill and different scaling. Since Solar Leap is the primary focus, the weapon's unique skill is less critical than its scaling. For Agility builds, the Gunpowder Spear is recommended; for Strength builds, the Cloudpiercer is ideal.

• Steampowered Spear — Unique Skill: Steam Chain; Base Scaling: Strength Level II, Agility Level III; Location: Purchase from Panda for 1 Bamboo Shoot.
• Gunpowder Spear — Unique Skill: Flame Strike; Base Scaling: Strength Level I, Agility Level III; Location: Cloudspire Outskirts - Chest on top of a fort near a brazier.
• Cloudpiercer — Unique Skill: Unstoppable Force; Base Scaling: Strength Level IV, Agility Level II; Location: Mt Zhenwu Temple - Antechamber, take the shortcut at the back, go right, follow path to South General boss area. Alternatively, start at refugee camp.
