Walkthrough
- 1From Turtle Rock, proceed due west. You will encounter three Lynels that spit fireballs; block them with the Mirror Shield. They can be defeated with two hits from the Golden Sword. Continue until you reach Ganon's Tower.
- 2Upon entering Ganon's Tower, take the west stairs down to the first floor (1F).
- 3Dash into the lantern to get Small Key #1.
- 4Proceed west, defeat a Blue Bari, and pick up the skull in the southeast corner for Small Key #2.
- 5Hammer the Moles in the center and push the block to uncover a Star Switch, allowing you to proceed west.
- 6In the next room, hookshot (using the Hookshot to grab onto specific points) to the block across from you, avoiding the skull that leads to a bottomless pit.
- 7Move the skull, walk around the block, and hookshot north. Go through the north door.
- 8Defeat the Red Stalfos and Yomo Medusas. The two northern chests contain Bombs and 10 Arrows, respectively. The other two chests hold a Red Rupee each.
- 9Return to the previous room and use the Hookshot to cross gaps to the southern part. Defeat a Red Stalfos and unlock the east door.
- 10Avoid the double Guruguru Bar (a rotating spiked bar) and open the chest to find the Map. Return to the previous room.
- 11Hit the Crystal Switch to turn it blue. Place a Bomb next to it, cross the lowered blue blocks, and ensure they are raised again before proceeding south.
- 12Lift the skull in the southeast corner for Small Key #3. (The other skull contains a small Magic Decanter.)
- 13Place a Bomb halfway between the Yomo Medusa and the first Crystal Switch. Quickly return east to the other side of the orange blocks before they rise. Ensure the Bomb's blast radius only hits the first Crystal Switch.
- 14Unlock the door leading east, hit the Crystal Switch, and dash to the Warp Tile (a platform that teleports you) before the Blade Traps get you.
- 15You will be transported to a long room. Dodge Winders (enemies that move in a pattern) in narrow block corridors heading west.
- 16Push a lone block near the west end to make a chest appear across the gap. Hookshot over to it and open it for Small Key #4.
- 17Unlock the south door.
- 18Use the west Warp Tile, then take the next available Warp Tile.
- 19Note the cracked west wall. Bomb it open and go through.
- 20Defeat the Mini-Moldorm and Blue Bari with the Hookshot. Step on the floor switch in the northwest corner to destroy the northern wall, leading to four chests: two with 10 Arrows each, and two with Bombs each.
- 21Return to the room with the Warp Tiles and step on the south tile.
- 22Use either of the next two Warp Tiles. Make your way to the Warp Tile in the southwest corner and step on it.
- 23Go east. Defeat Blue Hardhat Beetles and avoid bottomless pits. Take the northeast Warp Tile.
- 24Pick up the skull for Arrows if desired, then take the only other Warp Tile in this room.
- 25Back in the previous room, access the door leading east.
- 26Beware the Winder in the southern part of this room. Blue Hardhat Beetles and a Helmasaur are present, some walking on an invisible walkway over a bottomless pit.
- 27Light the torch in the north with the Fire Rod to reveal the invisible path, but only while the torch stays lit. The Ether Medallion can also briefly reveal the path.
Tips
- Ideally, fill your four Bottles: three with Blue Potions and one with a Fairy for emergencies.
- The Mirror Shield can block fireballs from Lynels.
- The Golden Sword defeats Lynels in two hits.
- Use the Hookshot to grab onto blocks and cross gaps.
- Bombs are useful for opening cracked walls and activating switches.
- The Ether Medallion can be used to briefly reveal the invisible walkway if the torch goes out.
