I haven't noticed any alignment shifts tied to this one myself, but hey, feel free to experiment with the dialogue options and see what happens!

Sith Academy Prisoners: Quick heads-up – you can't actually free those prisoners in the Sith Academy. Even if you've got a ton of spikes (like 50!), the game won't let you without a special pass code. And unfortunately, you can't get your hands on that pass code.

Rakata Elder's Request: Now, for something a bit different. There's a Rakata Elder who needs genetic data from the computer located in the temple. They're hoping to use it to start regaining their Force sensitivity. Once you grab the data and hand it over to him, you'll wrap up this side quest. You can choose to [Lie] to the Elders, proceed through the temple to get the information, give it to them, and then... well, you can deal with the Elders afterward. You can even take them all out without a single Light Side point if you play your cards right!
