    Head right from camp, down to the river, and follow the path to ledges you can climb to reach Dutch.

    Follow Dutch through caves to the compound, then follow him again to a nearby building.

    Once the building ignites, dash to where Javier is caged and Dutch will free him.

    Cross the river; Dutch will leave with Javier, and you must hold off reinforcements.
