Rob the Trolley Station Customers: As soon as the mission kicks off, you'll be inside the trolley station. Your first objective, especially if you're aiming for that Gold Medal, is to rob the three customers here. Yeah, it'll cost you a bit of honor, but it's a requirement. Just interact with them to get their valuables.

Escape Saint Denis and Board the Trolley: Once the gang realizes Bronte's double-crossed you, it's time to bail. You'll all pile onto a nearby trolley. This is where the action really heats up. You need to get at least 10 kills while on the trolley. It's time-sensitive, so don't dilly-dally. While accuracy isn't the main focus here, using Dead Eye for headshots will speed things up considerably. Keep an eye on those enemies on the balconies and be ready to switch sides by pressing [Square]/[X] to keep them in your sights.

Street Fight and Continued Pursuit: The trolley will eventually crash, and the fight moves to the streets on foot. Your priority here is to use cover and try to take out the enemies on the balconies first. Don't stress too much about perfect accuracy; just go wild with your shooting. Once the immediate area is clear, Lenny and Dutch will make a run for it. Stick with them and keep firing at any enemies close by.

Mounted Enemies and the Wagon: You'll soon find yourselves jumping onto a police wagon, with mounted enemies in hot pursuit. Focus on the ones getting close to the wagon. If any manage to board, you'll miss out on the Gold Medal. Use Dead Eye to target the most immediate threats, as you won't be able to get every single one.

The Dynamite Finale: As you approach the bridge out of Saint Denis, Lenny will point out it's blocked. Dutch will hand over some dynamite. This is the trickiest part for the Gold Medal. Lenny will throw the dynamite, and you'll automatically enter Dead Eye. You'll have a very short window to shoot the dynamite in mid-air. Nail this, and you're golden!
