Paying a Social Call

Alright, partner, ready to tackle the 'Paying a Social Call' mission? This one's all about stealth and precision. To get started, you'll need to chat with Kieran at the camp. He's feeling the heat from Dutch and Bill, so he's agreed to lead you to Colm O’Driscoll's hideout. John will take the lead, so just stick close as you head towards Six Point Cabin. Pay attention to what Kieran tells you – it's good intel on your O’Driscoll prisoner. Before you get too close, make sure you've got your Bow, Repeater, and Throwing Knives handy. We'll need to be sneaky here.

Once you're near the hideout, it's time to take point. Your first target is an O’Driscoll chilling by a tree. Line up a headshot with your bow – remember, the Gold Medal wants silent kills, so this is your chance. Keep following the others, and you'll spot another pair of O’Driscolls. Aim for the head again; you take the one on the left, and Bill will handle the other. Keep moving forward, and you'll see another O’Driscoll sitting on a log. Another headshot with the bow is the way to go here. This is crucial for keeping your accuracy high and racking up those headshots for the Gold Medal.

Now, you'll want to take the lead again. Spot one of the O’Driscolls on the outer edge of the camp and take him out with a headshot using your bow. Be warned, this will alert the rest of the camp, so make sure you stay in cover. Only take shots if you're absolutely sure it's a headshot – we need to keep that accuracy above 80% for the Gold Medal. If you have Dead Eye ready, now's the time to switch to your Repeater and make use of it. After you've dealt with the perimeter, head towards the cabin. The rest of the gang will be busy looting the bodies outside. As you approach, the last O’Driscoll will jump out, but don't worry, Kieran will step in and save the day.

With Kieran now officially part of the Van der Linde gang, it's time to head inside the cabin. Look around – you'll find provisions in the cupboards and some cash just lying on the table. Don't miss that money! You'll also spot a Double-Barreled Shotgun hanging above the fireplace. The game will prompt you to learn how to maintain your weapons, so follow those instructions. Once you've done that, you can loot the chimney to find the main stash and wrap up the mission.
