Follow our Red Dead Redemption 2 walkthrough for the 'He's British, Of Course' stranger mission. Find the lost tiger and lion with Margaret and her assistant.
This guide covers the final two parts of the 'He's British, Of Course' stranger mission in Red Dead Redemption 2.
He’s British, Of Course III
You'll start by searching for a tiger. Margaret’s assistant will have a lion with her, northeast of Rhodes. Head to the marked location on the map to find the assistant. She explains that both the tiger and the lion are lost. Activate your Eagle Eye ability (L3 and R3) near the bushes to find a trail. Follow this trail northeast. You will find the “lion” dead, killed by a cougar. The assistant reveals that the tiger, named Stripey, is the same animal. Return the dog to the wagon, get inside with Sally, and hide behind a log. The cougar will eventually appear. Quickly close the wagon gate and get on top. Drive the wagon back to Margaret to complete this part of the mission.
He’s British, Of Course IV/V
The final animal to track is another lion. Travel north to Emerald Ranch, where Margaret last heard it was spotted. Upon arrival, you'll hear a commotion at a barn. Some people are holding the door shut. Equip a powerful weapon with a good clip size. Speak to the person outside the fence to learn that farmhands have trapped something inside the barn. Enter the yard and speak to the person holding the gate shut; they will open it slightly for you. Slip inside the barn and go to the opposite end. You'll hear a disturbance, and a farmhand outside will be found dead. You now need to hunt the lion. Head straight north into the next pen, where you'll find a dead horse. Approach the stable in the back. As you try to enter, the lion will emerge and run towards you.
This will trigger a Dead Eye moment. Quickly target the lion's head and fire. If successful, the lion will be defeated. Loot the body to obtain the Lion’s Paw (hold Triangle/Y when near the body). Return to Margaret at your starting location to receive your reward: an Emerald.
