The stairs to the next level are always on the opposite side of the room from where you came up. Keep an eye out for a locked door on the east side of 3F; it's important later. After more Grunts on 4F, you'll face another Rocket Executive on 5F. Beat them, and you'll snag the Basement Key! This key is your ticket to the Goldenrod Underground Warehouse, where you'll rescue the Radio Tower director.
- 2Goldenrod City - Heading to the Warehouse: Once you're out of the tower, head back to the Pokémon Center to heal your team. To get to the Underground Warehouse, find the building west of the Pokémon Gym. Head downstairs, go south a bit, and you'll see a path leading east. Follow it to a door at the end. Use your new Basement Key to unlock it, then go through and down the stairs.
- 3Goldenrod Underground Warehouse - Silver Showdown: As you head west into the warehouse, get ready for a surprise! Silver's going to pop out and force you into a battle. He's got a pretty strong team, so make sure yours is up to the task.
