Disabling the Power Generator: First up, you'll need to find the structure where Bain is located. Once you're there, scan for a 'Kett Core Encryption Tech' to the north or northeast. After that, grab any loot from a container also to the northeast, and then exit Bain's base. Just a short distance to the northeast, you'll spot your first main objective: another Kett structure. Head inside, clear out all the Kett enemies, and make your way to the northwestern-most section of the interior. Here, you'll find the Power Generator. Interact with the console to deactivate it. This action will net you 540 XP, 29 AVP, and increase Eos viability by +2%.

Destroying the Barracks: Your next target is a Kett barracks, located to the southeast. Drive in that direction, taking a detour up a ramp. Continue south from the Forward Station and then dismount your Nomad behind some rocks close to the barracks. Don't worry too much about the turrets on the roof; they're purely decorative. However, you will need to fight your way through a few Kett Chosen, an Anointed, and a Destined. Once they're all dealt with, you'll receive another 29 AVP, +2% Eos viability, and an XP reward.

Return to Bain: After you've finished dealing with the Kett at the barracks, head back to Bain. He'll congratulate you on the mission. He'll reward you with 270 XP for your efforts.
