Exploring Aya

Resistance Headquarters: Start by talking to Evfra and the Moshae. Scan displays to the west and read a Communications Terminal to the east. Downstairs, visit the infirmary to talk to Olvek about Angaran physiology (after using the Decontamination Console) and the training grounds to talk to Cora and Quartermaster Istaal, who sells weapons and mods.

Repository of History: Head northwest from Resistance Headquarters to find Daanfre. Continue east to a sealed door, then head north to the Repository of History. Talk to Peebee, examine exhibits, and speak with Angaran staff Nalon, Elihn, and Avela Kjar to learn about Angaran history and the Scourge.

The Tavetaan: Exit the Repository of History and head west to find a bar/restaurant. Scan Nutrient Paste Vats behind the counter for Research Data. Talk to bartender Roaan Aabel about Angaran food processing and sample beverages.

Marketplace: Head south, then west up stairs to the Aya Marketplace. Interject in a forum discussion. In the business end of the market, find merchants selling augmentations, materials (including rare resources like Vanadium, Titanium, Platinum, and Element Zero), consumables, raw fruit, and more. Talk to Arbiter Renaav to start the quest “Task: Laws and Customs”.

Governor's Office: From the Marketplace, head west, then north upstairs to the Governor’s Office. Talk to Enroh Bosaan to receive the quest “Task: Messages to the Nexus”. Talk to Arbiter Ohmdaal to receive “Arbiter Ohmdaal’s Datapad” for the quest “Task: Laws and Customs”. Governor Paaran Shie has dialogue but doesn't offer quests.

Memorial Gardens: Leave the Governor’s Office, return to the Marketplace, and from Arbiter Renaav, head west, then south back to the docks. Find a Display Stand and an Angaran Mural to scan. Go through a door southwest of the mural to reach the dock control center. Grab an Angaran Shuttle Model from a desk. Note the Research Center for crafting. Talk to Maariko, an astronomer, to start the quest “Safe Journeys” after his monitoring satellites go missing.
