    In Tartarus, the bar in the Kadara Slums, find Derc on the ground floor in the northwestern corner.

    Ignore the path to the south, southwest, as it leads to another quest.

    Continue east and follow the cavern until you find the body of a Salarian.

    Scan the Salarian's body to gather the information Derc requires.

    Loot Uranium nodes on the ground.

    Jump onto a ledge and read the Datapad “Personal Log: Nebar”.

    Collect Titanium from a node on the ledge.

    Return to Derc in Tartarus to report your findings.
