    After speaking with Liam on Aya, he will ask you to approve an armor requisition project.

    Head to the R&D Terminal on the Tempest.

    Access the Development menu.

    Navigate to the “Special Items” tab.

    Build “Liam’s Armor Requisition”. This will cost 10 Aluminum and 10 Iron.

    Go to the Storage room on Deck 3 (southwestern part of the ship).
