A Packaged Deal

Follow this Mass Effect: Andromeda guide to complete the 'A Packaged Deal' quest, from buying the navpoint to confronting Thrasia.

Alright, let's get this quest, "A Packaged Deal," sorted. First things first, you'll want to head towards Kadara Slums. From the Forward Station, follow the road heading northwest. Keep an eye out for an Outcast/Collective camp; you'll want to go past that. You're looking for an elevated structure north of the road. To get there, drive up onto a ledge that runs parallel to the road. Once you've reached the structures, head into the eastern-most building – it's the lower one of the two. Inside, you'll find a Turian named Thrasia. She's got a proposition for you.

Basically, when the exiles left the Nexus, they snagged some pretty decent gear. Thrasia thinks this gear is too dangerous for Outcasts or pirates to have, but she also can't sell it herself without Sloane getting a cut, which she's not keen on. So, she's offering to sell you the navpoint to the weapons cache. You can then do whatever you want with it. If you accept, this quest kicks off, and she'll also open up her shop for you. Two items of note are the Shield Reset Bonus Nomad Mod and the Kett Shuttle Module.

After you've bought the navpoint, head to the location. It's in the southwestern part of the map, just northeast of a Point of Interest. You'll need to navigate around one of Kadara's nasty toxic lakes. Park your Nomad and then make the rest of the trip on foot to the navpoint. You'll find some shipping crates behind some big, porous boulders. Now, just as you're about to grab your prize, a dropship will arrive and drop off a squad of exiles. You'll need to take them all out. Once they're dealt with, you can grab the "Cache" from one of the shipping crates. There's another crate there too, full of other containers with loot.

With the cache secured, it's time to head back and see Thrasia. You might be thinking she set you up, but it turns out the loot was exactly where she said it would be. This means either she's not great at planning ambushes, or you might have misjudged her. Return to the wind farm and talk to her. She'll explain that she didn't exactly set you up; she just never mentioned that she wasn't selling you the navpoint exclusively. After a bit of dialogue, she'll offer you a discount at her store. This will wrap up the quest, and you'll get 29 AVP, +2% Kadara viability, and 530 XP.
