- 1From Kadara Port, head to the southeastern end of Kadara Slums to find the lift.
- 2At the northern end of the slums, locate the Warden's office and the fence separating the slums from the badlands.

- 4On the highest level of the building complex, on the southern edge of the slums, find a shelter housing an Outcast guard room. Interact with the Terminal and the Outcast Guard.

- 6West of Dr. Nakamoto's clinic, turn north and enter a higher crate where a Black Market Dealer operates.
- 7On the ground floor of the Tartarus building, north of its exterior, find two Looters and a Salarian corpse. Scan the corpse and confront the looters.
- 8On the second floor of the structure surrounding the bar, speak with a Disillusioned Outlaw to start the quest “Task: Outlaw Weapon Crafting”.
- 9Explore the dark alley north of the bar to find a corpse and a Datapad. Scan the Datapad and read the corpse's information to complete the quest “Task: Traitor or Victim”.
- 10Enter Tartarus. On the ground floor, speak with the bartender Kian Dagher.
- 11In the northwestern corner of the bar, speak with Derc to accept the quest “The Baryte Rush”.
- 12Upstairs in Tartarus, speak with Cassandra Verner.
- 13Through a door to the west in Tartarus, find Reyes Vidal.

- Outside of Tartarus, there is little to see, but you can find a shipping crate serving as an Oblivion den on the ground floor and a corpse behind some crates in another shipping container further west.
