Starting the Mission: First things first, you need to have finished the Data Recovery Mission. Once that's done, just keep doing your own thing in Free Roam. Get to your computer in the Office, access the Contract Database, select VIP Contracts, and then 'The South Central Leak'. After that, just exit the Agency, and you're good to go.

Intercepting the Deal: You'll get a waypoint to Strawberry. Hop into the Cavalcade there with Vernon and follow the next waypoint to La Mesa. Once you arrive, get into cover. Vernon and his crew will need your help taking out some drug dealers. Now, pay attention here: try not to use any explosives. The reason? You'll need to steal one of the vehicles later, and blowing them up will make that impossible. After you've dealt with all the dealers, grab the white van. Be ready, because the Lost MC are going to be right on your tail.

Escaping the Lost MC: This is where things get a bit hairy. You've got the Lost MC chasing you, and you need to ditch them before you can deliver the equipment. Keep your speed up and use a Micro SMG to shoot the guys off their bikes. It sounds simple, but it can be tricky. After you've shaken off the bikers, you'll likely have the cops on your tail too. Find a good hiding spot and wait for them to lose interest. Once they're off your back, follow the waypoint to the delivery spot. Drop off the van, and you'll wrap up this mission.

Tips

When you're intercepting the deal, a Micro SMG is your best bet for taking out the Lost MC off their bikes. It's accurate enough to hit them without destroying their vehicles.
Don't get too attached to the Cavalcade you start in; you'll be ditching it for the white van.
Finding a good hiding spot from the cops is key. Look for tunnels, under bridges, or even just a secluded alleyway.
