- 4Climb onto the Roof: Use a nearby parked vehicle to reach the roof of the house, then enter through the window.

Tips for Gold Medal
- Mission Time (Complete within 5:00): Skip all cutscenes. After dealing with the gardener, quickly go around the left side of the house to the back. Use the vehicle there to climb onto the roof and enter through the window. Creep downstairs and head left past the kitchen to the garage. Do not alert the residents. Use Franklin's special ability to speed up travel.
- Can’t Touch This (Take no damage during the fight with Simeon): Throw two punches, then one kick. Kick Simeon just as he attacks to stagger him. A few hits are sufficient. Dodging is an option, but continuous attacking is more effective.
- Dirt Nap (Knock out the gardener with a stealth attack): Jump over the gate upon arriving at the house. Activate stealth mode by pressing the on-screen button. Creep up behind the gardener, lock on using the aim button, and press the melee button to knock him out.
