Alright, so you've decided to take on the Cayo Perico Heist, huh? Smart move! First things first, you'll need to grab the Plasma Cutter. To get started, you'll need to activate the mission from the planning board on your Submarine. Once that's done, you can either fast travel closer to the Safe House using the sub or just drive there yourself. No biggie either way.

When you get to the Safe House, head on inside. The Planning Board you need to take a picture of is in the back right corner. Snap that photo, and you'll get the location of the Plasma Cutter. After that, just head out of the Safe House and make your way to the waypoint that pops up. Once you arrive, you'll probably have to deal with some enemies, so be ready for that. Clear them out, grab the bag in the alleyway, and then it's back to the Submarine to wrap up this part of the prep. Easy peasy!
