First things first, after Franklin calls you to kick things off, you'll need to Tail the Architect. Keep a close eye on him without being spotted. The game will let you know when it's the right moment to strike.

Once you've got the signal, perform a stealth takedown on the architect to grab the plans. Make sure you do this cleanly to avoid raising any alarms.

With the plans secured, it's time to Return to the Factory. Head back to Lester at the garment factory to wrap up this mission.

Tips

To snag the Gold Medal, you need to achieve the Quick Getaway. This means you've got to leave the construction site within 00:45.
You'll need a parachute for this. After you've dealt with the architect at the top of the building, just base jump off. Open your parachute and glide down smoothly.
If you're going for a more subtle approach after the stealth takedown, you can just grab the elevator down. But honestly, where's the fun in that? The base jump is way more exciting!
