First Dose 6

To start the 'Off the Rails' mission, the sixth and final mission of the First Dose portion of the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC, you must first complete: First Dose 1 - Welcome to the Troupe, First Dose 2 - Designated Driver, First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion, First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance, and First Dose 5 - Make War Not Love.

Once completed, drive to the Abandoned Warehouse (The Freakshop) and enter the yellow circle to begin the mission.

Take a vehicle and follow the waypoint to Humane Labs.

Equip your Silenced Pistol and aim for a headshot at the guard at the gate to neutralize him silently.

Enter the area and proceed into the car park.

Use your Pistol to take out the guard near the stairs before ascending.

Look left and eliminate the guard facing away from you.

Head for the marked door on your mini-map.

Inside, shoot the camera in the corner of the Loading Bay.

Enter the room and eliminate the guards: one on the left, two in the center, and one in the back left corner.

Take a picture of the blackboard in the back left corner and send it to Dax.

Open the Wooden Boxes until you gather all five Chemicals.

Shoot the panel in the center of the shutters to open them.

Return to your vehicle and race to the marked Switching Station before the “Train Distance” Bar depletes.

After the train crashes, walk to the Bag Icon to pick up a Cutting Saw.

Drive to the crash site and destroy the approaching Helicopters with a Homing Rocket Launcher.

Clear out any remaining enemies.

Climb onto the train and interact with the containers to find all the Chemicals. Be prepared for more helicopters to appear as you collect them.

Steal the MTL Brickade 6x6 and drive it back to The Freakshop to complete the mission.
