Learn how to overcome challenges in Ghost of Tsushima. This guide provides tips and strategies to help you master the game and achieve 100% completion.
This guide is about how to get 100% achievements in Ghost of Tsushima. It's my first guide, so any feedback is welcome! The achievements are pretty straightforward, and overall, it's a really fun 100%. My advice? Play through the story at your own pace, and then use this guide to help you snag any achievements you might have missed. Remember, none of the achievements are missable. The most important thing is to save often because the game can be a bit buggy sometimes. This might cause some missions to become uncompletable or some collectibles to not register as collected, even after you've interacted with them. The only real fixes for these bugs are loading an older save or starting a new game file altogether.
Important Note on Collectibles: Since the Director's Cut includes the Iki Island DLC, the in-game collectibles tracker might show a different number than what's actually needed for the base game. For example, the 'Light the Way' achievement requires 8 out of 10 lighthouses, but the tracker might show 1/10 completed.
Achievement Road Map:
- Estimated Achievement Difficulty: 4/10
- Time to Completion: 90-100 hours (Base game: ~55 hours, Iki Island: ~10 hours, Legends mode: ~30 hours)
- Offline Achievements: 67
- Online Achievements: 10 (Requires PSN account)
- Missable Achievements: 0 (All areas are accessible in free roam after the main story)
- Difficulty Affects Achievements?: No, all achievements can be earned on any difficulty.
- Minimum Playthroughs: 2
Warning: While all achievements are unlockable, there are game-breaking bugs that can affect your progress. Make sure to manually save your game frequently!
