Walkthrough

When the Savage Corpser approaches, do not attack its front, as its legs are armored and attacks will be useless.

If the Savage Corpser targets a teammate, move to its side.

Shoot either the rear of the Savage Corpser or the side of its head.

The Savage Corpser will recoil briefly, then dig underground to attempt an impalement attack with one of its legs.

Repeat the process of attacking its sides or rear after it resurfaces until it is defeated.

Tips

Attacks to the front of the Savage Corpser while it is walking are ineffective due to its armored legs.
Be aware that the Savage Corpser can dig underground and attack with its legs.
Targeting the side of its head or its rear will cause it to recoil, giving you an opening.
