This is the fourth Cog Tag collectible in Gears of War 3. You'll find it during the mission Darkest Before Dawn.

Location

After you fight off the first wave of Locust in the abandoned hospital, you'll need to proceed through the building. Make your way to the area with the large, open ward. Look for a small room off to the side, near the end of the ward. The Cog Tag is sitting on a table inside this room.

Tips

• Be sure to clear out all enemies before attempting to grab the Cog Tag, as you don't want to be caught off guard.
• If you miss it, you'll have to replay the mission or the chapter to get it.
