Ancestor Spirit - Hallowhorn Grounds
This boss is only accessible after lighting all eight Hallowhorn braziers around the area. The Ancestor Spirit has a few attacks to worry about:
- A 2-5 hit combo with its antlers, sweeping them side to side.
- Magic attacks that won’t hit you if you are not underneath it.
- Slam/drop attacks, including one from the air.
Tips for fighting the Ancestor Spirit:
- All attacks can be blocked except for its magic attacks, which will still do some damage unless you have high magic resistance.
- If you are fighting in melee, the best time to attack is when it performs its slam attacks. Roll towards them at the last second to avoid the attack, giving you time to get in 3-5 attacks.
- The Ancestor Spirit takes a lot of Bleed damage, especially from the Ash of War: Bloody Slash.
- If you see blue steam/smoke coming from its mouth, keep your distance as these are magic attacks.
Access to the Ancestor Spirit can be unlocked by completing the brazier puzzle.
Dragonkin Soldier
The Dragonkin Soldier is found in a secret area of Nokron, Eternal City that is only accessible via a teleport waygate on the eastern side of the Siofra River region. To reach the teleporter, travel up the large fallen stone column (watch out for the archers nearby!) and you’ll find the waygate atop the ruins.
You can also encounter the Dragonkin Soldier in Lake of Rot. If you defeat him in Siofra River/Nokron, you will receive a Dragon Halberd and 16,000 Runes.
