NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) Locations:

• Alexander Iron Fist: Near the rear Gael Tunnel Entrance site of grace, close to the Gael Tunnel dungeon exit. He only appears here if you helped free him in Stormhill, Limgrave.
• Blaidd: In the Redmane Castle Plaza before the Lord boss fight. Speaking to him allows you to summon him in the boss arena. He only appears if you have been following his quest line.
• Finger Maiden Thorelina: In the Redmane Castle Plaza before the lord fight. She can also be summoned inside the lord battle arena.
• Gowry: In his shack, south of Sellia, Town of Sorcery. He will give you a quest to help Millicent and requires the Key Item: Unalloyed Gold Needle. This is obtained by defeating Commander O’Neil, found east of the shack in the swamp.
• Gurranq, Beast Clergyman: At Bestial Sanctum. You can reach him by following D’s quest line to a portal near the Third Church of Marika, or find him independently. He rewards Incantations and items for Deathroots, obtained from defeating “Those Who Live in Death” or finding them. After four Deathroots, he becomes hostile and must be calmed by dealing damage.
• Great Jar: At the far central north tip of Caelid, northwest from the Deep Siofra Well site of grace. After interacting with it, you must defeat three separate NPCs without dying by using the nearby red summon signs. These NPCs change upon death. Defeating all three yields the Great-Jar’s Arsenal Talisman.
• Isolated Merchant: At the Isolated Merchant’s Shack in Dragonbarrow, northwest of the Dragonbarrow West site of grace.
• Master Lusat: Behind a sealed door at the bottom of the Sellia Hideaway dungeon. You need to drop into the second pit near the end of the dungeon. Access to the sealed room requires progressing Sorceress Sellen’s questline to receive the Sellian Sealbreaker. His armor set can be obtained after completing Sellen’s quest.
• Millicent: At the Church of Plague, northeast of Gowry’s Shack, as part of Gowry’s quest to give her the Unalloyed Gold Needle. After exhausting her dialogue, she appears at Gowry’s Shack, then moves to Altus Plateau.
• Palm Reader: West of the Smoldering Wall site of grace, on the western side of the road.
• Wandering Merchant: East of the Astray from Caelid Highway North site of grace, sitting by a campfire.
• Witch-Hunter Jerren: North of Redmane Castle Plaza after defeating the lord.
