The Stranded Graveyard is your starting location in Limgrave. You will appear here after your fight with the Grafted Scion in the intro, regardless of whether you win or lose. From here, you can choose to descend into a pit to complete a tutorial area or continue to the surface.

Walkthrough

    Once you are done creating your character, make your way forward and loot a corpse to obtain the Tarnished’s Wizened Finger. You must pick this up before you can exit the room.

    Leave the starting room and follow the linear path ahead. Cross a bridge to encounter the game’s first boss, the Grafted Scion. Victory is possible but not expected. If you defeat it, you will acquire the Ornamental Straight Sword and the Golden Beast Crest Shield.

    Win or lose, you will eventually fall and wake up in the depths of the Stranded Graveyard, near the Cave of Knowledge. You will obtain both the Flask of Crimson Tears (restores HP when used) and the Flask of Cerulean Tears when you come to.

    Exit through the doors to the west and continue until you reach a chamber housing the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace. Rest here if needed.

    Press on to the west and loot a corpse to obtain the Tarnished’s Furled Finger and the Finger Severer, items used for multiplayer.

    Continue west and pull a lever to summon a lift. Stand on the pressure plate in the middle to ride it up to the surface and escape this area.
