Where to get the Spirit Calling Bell and Summon Spirits

Get the Spirit Calling Bell and learn to summon spirits in elden ring. Find Renna at the Church of Elleh after meeting Melina and obtaining Torrent.

To find the Spirit Calling Bell, you must first meet Melina and obtain the Spectral Steed, Torrent. This is achieved by resting at three Sites of Grace in the field, typically leading to your first meeting at the Gatefront Ruins Site of Grace. Once you have Torrent, travel to the Church of Elleh at night (you can change the time by resting at a Site of Grace). Renna will be sitting on the ruins. Speak to her and confirm that you know how to summon the Spectral Seed. She will then give you the Spirit Calling Bell and the Lone Wolf Ashes, a helpful Spirit to use with your new bell.

• Obtain the Spectral Steed, Torrent (by resting at 3 Sites of Grace).

How to use the Spirit Calling Bell:

To summon a Spirit, you must first equip the Ash (like the Lone Wolf Ashes) and go to an area with a Rebirth Monument. These monuments indicate areas where spirits can be summoned, such as during boss battles or against tougher enemies. A monument icon will appear in the bottom-left of your screen when you are in such an area. Use the Ashes like a regular item to call the Spirit to your side. Spirits have their own HP gauge and will remain until defeated or you leave the range of a Rebirth Monument. You can use FP (Focus Points) to summon a Spirit when fighting bosses. These Spirits can attack enemies or distract them.
