Some are sold by merchants if you've got the right perk, others are sweet loot drops from tough enemies or hidden away in specific locations. Yavanalls

You can snag this one from the Suledin Keep merchant in Emprise du Lion. It'll set you back 17148 Inquisition currency, but only if you've unlocked The Short List Inquisition perk. Keep that perk in mind for other gear too!

Pyre of the Forgotten

This staff is sold by the Griffon Wing Keep merchant in the Western Approach. It's a bit pricier at 21433 Inquisition currency and, yep, you'll need The Short List perk for this one as well.

Staff of the Void

Looking for this one? Head over to Pierre-Marie in Val Royeaux. It costs 16488 Inquisition currency, and you guessed it – The Short List perk is required.

Staff of Corruption

This is a story-related staff. You'll acquire it from Calpernia during the main quest 'What Pride Had Wrought'. So, just keep progressing through the main story, and you'll get it.

Grand Enchanters Staff

Time to hunt a dragon! You can loot this staff from the Fereldan Frostback high dragon, which you'll find in the Hinterlands. Good luck!

Bloodwake

This staff is a reward for a couple of different things. You can loot it from the Overseer at the Venatori camp in the Sunstop Mountains (Hissing Wastes) during the quest 'Sand and Ruin'. Alternatively, you get it upon completing the main quest 'Here Lies the Abyss'.

Tempest

You'll find this staff in the very last room of the Still Ruins in the Western Approach. It's tied to a blood spell that froze time in the area, which you might remember from the quest 'A Stranger Rift in the Ruins'.

Staff of Aidahn Allied

This one's a bit unique. You get it by completing the 'Quest for the Red Lyrium Reapers' minigame on the Dragon Age: Inquisition website. After you complete the 'Acquire the Arcanist' war table operation, you'll find the staff in a Special Supplies chest in Skyhold’s Undercroft.

Deathward

Head to the Astrarium cave at the end of the side quest 'Astrariums in the Graves'. You'll find this staff in a chest there.

Blizzards Path

This staff can be looted from a chest located at Echoback Fort in the Western Approach. Just explore the area thoroughly!
